Job summary

TYTAN Technologies is seeking a Drone Technician (f/m/d) to join our Munich team. You will assemble, test, and validate autonomous UAV platforms, collaborating with engineering and production to deliver production-ready systems.

The role requires hands-on manufacturing experience, soldering, 3D printing, and UAV electronics knowledge, with fluent English and German a plus. Hybrid work in Munich is offered along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in soldering, spot welding, 3D printing and UAV electronics.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute hands-on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and subsystems.
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet deadlines and technical requirements.
• Support flight testing to validate performance and system integration.
• Develop methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate designs into prototypes and production units.
• Define and enhance R&D lab setup for safe, efficient UAV development.
• Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and safety compliance.

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician (f/m/d) to help us build the next generation of autonomous aerial systems. Working closely with our engineering and production teams, you will assemble, integrate, test, and validate drone platforms that are ready for demanding operational environments

Your roadmap to make an impact

• Oversee and execute the hands‑on manufacturing, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems
• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements
• Support flight testing to validate performance, reliability, and system integration
• Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and traceability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production‑ready/test‑ready UAVs
• Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe, efficient, and highly flexible environment for UAV development
• Maintain lab organization, equipment readiness, and adherence to safety standards

• Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1+ years of relevant work experience
• Experience in soldering, spot welding, 3D printing.
• Working knowledge of UAV‑specific electronics, avionics, and related components
• Highly self‑organized, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on mentality with solid multitasking and self‑organization abilities
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Fluency in English is required (German is a plus)
