Zusammenfassung

Prysmian Group sucht einen Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance & Capital Expenditures zur Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- und Investitionsprojekten. Sie arbeiten mit internem und externem Personal zusammen und erstellen technische Unterlagen für Beschaffung und Installation.

Sie bringen eine mehrjährige Erfahrung im industriellen Umfeld mit, beherrschen MS Office, idealerweise SolidWorks, und kommunizieren fließend Deutsch sowie Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Maschinenbau oder Vergleichbares.
• Gute Systematik und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Aufgaben

• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- oder Investitionsprojekten.
• Erstellung technischer Unterlagen für Beschaffung und Installation neuer Maschinen.
• Fachliche Unterstützung der Werkstattleitung bei Aufträgen.
• Bestimmung des Ersatzteilbedarfs und Wartungspläne.
• Technische Umsetzung von Normen, Vorschriften und gesetzlichen Anforderungen.

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success: The Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance & Capital Expenditures supports the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance and capital expenditure projects..

In this role you will:

• Planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance or capital investment projects using internal or external personnel
• Preparation of technical documentation for the procurement and installation of new machinery and equipment as well as for maintenance activities, including supervision of execution
• Providing technical support to workshop team leaders, particularly regarding the execution of work orders
• Determining required spare parts inventory
• Providing technical support for the creation and optimization of maintenance schedules
• Technical implementation of standards and other regulations, rules, or legal requirements

You are the right fit if you have/are:

• Completed university degree (in mechanical engineering or a related field)
• Systematic, solution-oriented approach to work
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Proficiency in specialized software (SolidWorks) desirable
• Strong technical understanding of machinery and associated processes
• Ability to assert oneself and work effectively in a team
• Fluent in German and English both in written and spoken
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance desirable

In dieser Funktion werden Sie:

• Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Instandhaltungs- oder Investitionsprojekten mit internem oder externem Personal
• Erstellung der technischen Unterlagen für die Beschaffung und Installation neuer Maschinen und Anlagen sowie für Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen inkl. der Überwachung der Ausführung
• Fachliche Unterstützung der Teamleiter der Werkstatt, vor allem in Bezug auf die Art der Ausführung von Aufträgen
• Festlegen von vorzuhaltenden Ersatzteilen
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Optimierung von Wartungsplänen
• Technische Umsetzung von Normen und anderen Vorschriften, Regeln oder gesetzlichen Anforderungen

Sie sind der richtige Kandidat, wenn Sie folgende Voraussetzungen erfüllen:

• Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung (im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Vergleichbares)
• Gute systematische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
• Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich von Spezialsoftware (Solid Works) wünschenswert
• Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis im Bereich der Maschinentechnik und der zugehörigen Prozesse
• Gutes Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung in der Industrie wünschenswert
