Job summary

Incap Montronic GmbH in Glinde, Germany is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering & Systems Specialist to maintain BOMs, process data and customer information within the ERP system. You will work closely with production and sales teams to provide technical support on projects and to review orders from a technical perspective.

The role focuses on improving manufacturing documentation, cost calculations, and contributing to digitisation initiatives while leveraging German and English communication,

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or related technical field, or an equivalent qualification.
• Interest in using digital solutions and improving processes.
• Confidence working with data and strong MS Excel skills (ERP experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently with a structured, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain component data, BOMs, process information and customer data in our ERP system.
• Provide technical support for customer projects in close collaboration with production and sales teams.
• Review orders from a technical perspective and assist with cost calculations.
• Prepare and continuously improve manufacturing documentation for production.
• Contribute to digitalisation projects by identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting new tools.

Location: Glinde, Germany | Full-time | Immediate start

Incap Montronic GmbH, based in Glinde near Hamburg, has been providing electronics manufacturing services (EMS) since its establishment in 1992. The company specialises in PCB assembly, control cabinet manufacturing, assembly and testing of electronic components and systems. Through continuous growth, Incap Montronic has developed into a service provider with approximately 60 skilled employees, dedicated to delivering sophisticated, customer-focused solutions.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a related technical field, or an equivalent qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Interest in using digital solutions and improving processes
• Confidence working with data and good MS Excel skills (experience with ERP systems is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently, with a structured and solution-oriented approach
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Good command of German and English

Your Responsibilities
