Job summary

Zeitgeist Group in Berlin is seeking a Social Media & Content Intern (m/f/d) to support content creation, storytelling and day-to-day social media work. The role is open to university students required to complete an internship as part of their degree, lasting at least four months.

You will contribute to Reels, Stories and posts across platforms, develop varied formats, and help shape our content strategy. A monthly compensation of 800 € is offered, with onboarding and team integration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
• Passion for social media, content strategy and brand communication.
• Fluent in German (min. B2) and good command of English.
• Experience with video editing and these tools (Figma, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Interest in paid social advertising and campaign support.

Responsibilities

• Spot latest social media trends and turn them into engaging Reels, Stories and posts.
• Shape content shoots in front of or behind the camera.
• Develop varied formats across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
• Optimize accounts for visibility and reach.
• Manage community and contribute to campaigns.
• Analyze KPIs and derive strategic actions from them.
• Contribute ideas to the content strategy and brand communication.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and e‑commerce teams.

Your profile:

• You work proactively and independentlyyou recognize what needs to be done and take ownership.
• You are passionate about social media, content strategy and brand communication.
• You know your way around Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
• You are creative, enjoy storytelling and love bringing new ideas to life.
• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, communications, graphic design or a related field.
• You have experience with video editing and tools such as Figma, CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• You are eager to learn about paid social advertising and support campaign execution.
• You are a strong communicator, enjoy working in a team and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves.
• You are fluent in German (minimum B2) and have a good command of English.

Your mission:

• Analyze KPIs and learn how to derive strategic decisions from them
• Bring your own ideas to our content strategy and brand communicationwe're looking for someone who wants to contribute, not just execute tasks
• Work closely with our marketing, communications and e-commerce teams to create synergies
