Bosch bietet dir ein Praktikum im Strategy & Business Development Team, um praktische Erfahrungen in strategischen Projekten zu sammeln und Stakeholder‑Management zu üben. Du baust ein starkes Netzwerk innerhalb von Bosch auf und arbeitest an Themen mit direktem Einfluss auf die Zukunft der Bosch Global Business Services.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören End‑to‑End‑Benchmarks, Datenanalysen und Dashboards in MS Power BI, Markt- und Wachstumsanalysen sowie Forecasting.

Qualifikationen

• MS Office‑Profi, insbesondere PowerPoint/Excel; Praktikum oder Werkstudenten­tät bevorzugt.
• Kenntnisse in der MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) sind von Vorteil.
• Motiviert, analytisch und kommunikationsstark; eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung bei End-to-End Benchmarking‑Studien, Datenerhebung bis Ergebnisspräsentation.
• Automatisierung von Analysen und Erstellung von Dashboards in MS Power BI.
• Begleitung von Markt- und Wachstumsanalysen, Forecasting‑Unterstützung im Serviceportfolio.
• Mitwirkung an strategischen/ ad‑hoc Projekten, Erstellung von Briefings für das Management.

As part of the Strategy & Business Development team, you will gain hands‑on experience in strategic projects and contribute to key business decisions. This is a unique opportunity to work on topics with a direct impact on the future development of Bosch Global Business Services (GBS). You will develop analytical, as well as stakeholder management skills and build a strong professional network within Bosch.

• During your internship, you will support high‑impact benchmarking studies end‑to‑end, from data collection and submission to in‑depth analysis, as well as the presentation of results to management and business stakeholders.
• You will automate and enhance data analyses, as well as create management‑ready dashboards and visualizations in MS Power BI.
• Your task will include contributing to business development activities by conducting market and growth analyses, supporting forecasting processes, as well as generating insights within the service portfolio analytics domain.
• Last but not least, you will collaborate on strategic and ad hoc projects while gaining insights into executive decision‑making processes, including the preparation of management briefings, as well as decision papers for senior leadership. • Education: studies in the field of Business Administration, Economics or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: confident handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel; prior experience in the form of an internship, summer job or working student role; knowledge of MS Power Platforms (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) is beneficial
• Personality and Working Practice: you are highly motivated, possess strong analytical and communication skills; you have an independent, structured working style
• Work Routine: partially mobile working possible, with 3 office days per week and flexible working hours (35 hours/week with flextime)
• Enthusiasm: interest in the Global Business Services industry and a passion for working with diverse, cross‑cultural, as well as international teams
• Languages: business fluent in English and basic German

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
