Strong financial modelling, planning and controlling capabilities are required, along with a technology- and AI-first mindset and an entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style. The portfolio company offers full Managing Director responsibility with direct access to shareholders and the advisory board, an established business model with a proven product in a structurally growing market, more than €300 million in invested/refinanced volume, an experienced and committed shareholder base, an attractive compensation package including meaningful participation in the company's success, and a modern working environment in the heart of Munich.
