A global manufacturing leader in Germany is seeking a senior manager responsible for two companies in machinery engineering and hydrogen technology. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree in a relevant field and several years of executive experience. Key responsibilities include strategy execution, P&L ownership, and leadership team development. Fluency in German and English is essential. • Overall responsibility for two companies: special machinery engineering and hydrogen electrolyzer systems.
• Define, implement, and execute long-term strategies for growth and profitability.
• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Represent the companies with customers and stakeholders nationally and internationally.
• Build and develop leadership teams and organizational structures.

• Define, implement and execute long‑term strategies for growth, profitability and innovation in both sectors
• Full P&L ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and risk management
• Represent the companies with customers, partners and stakeholders nationally and internationally
• Strengthen synergies between mechanical engineering and hydrogen technology activities
• Build and develop leadership teams and organizational structures
• Promote and reinforce a strong culture of safety, compliance and sustainability
