Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Several years of management experience in R&D within the automotive industry.
• Understanding of R&D, material and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in multi-project management and financial management.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 50% internationally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the R&D global team.
