Qualifikationen

• Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung in internationaler Beratungsumgebung, ideal im Bereich Data & Analytics.
• Cloud-/On-Premise-Architekturen im Microsoft-Ökosystem beherrschen.
• Hands-on Erfahrung in Data Engineering und/oder Reporting/Data Analytics.
• Abschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik oder IT-bezogener Bereich.
• Selbstständige Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte; starke PM-Fähigkeiten; kundenorientierte Kommunikation.
• Umsatz-/Zielorientierung ist vertraut.
• Unternehmerisches Denken mit starkem Kundenfokus; analytisch und strukturiert.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; gute Englischkenntnisse.
• Bereitschaft zu ca. 40% Reisen.

Aufgaben

• Sie beraten unsere Kunden zu Data- und Analytics-Lösungen, übersetzen Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Konzepte und begleiten von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
• Sie tragen Verantwortung für komplexe Projekte mit bis zu 15 Teammitgliedern, priorisieren Aufgaben und sichern qualitativ hochwertige Deliverables.
• Sie führen Projektteams über alle Phasen, koordinieren Stakeholder, fördern klare Entscheidungen und bewahren Ruhe unter Druck.

Responsibilities

• You advise our clients on data and analytics solutions, translate business requirements into actionable technical concepts, and support them from the initial idea through to implementation.
• You take responsibility for complex projects with up to 15 project team members, prioritize tasks, and ensure that deliverables are produced on schedule and to a high standard.
• You lead project teams across all phases, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, drive clear decision-making, and keep a cool head under pressure.
• Building close, trust-based client relationships is important to you: you proactively develop existing accounts, identify new use cases, propose appropriate services, and thereby strengthen long-term partnerships.
• You strengthen the team by sharing your experience, providing methodological and technical guidance, facilitating knowledge transfer, and contributing to a professional yet collegial team culture.

Requirements

• You bring at least 8 years of experience in a technically oriented, international consulting environment, ideally in data & analytics.
• The Microsoft ecosystem is part of your daily work: cloud, Microsoft Fabric/Azure and on‑premise architectures are familiar to you.
• You have hands‑on experience in data engineering and/or reporting and data analysis.
• You hold a degree in (business) informatics, mathematics, economics with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification.
• You have independently managed demanding projects, possess strong project management skills, and can clearly communicate your approach and the value of your solutions to clients.
• Revenue targets are neither unfamiliar nor uncomfortable for you.
• You combine entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a strong customer focus.
• Analytical thinking, a structured working style, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects characterize you and give you satisfaction.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• You are willing to travel (approx. 40%).
