Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Data Management & Governance Specialist to advise clients and analyze processes to unlock data-driven improvements. You will design and implement data management solutions, ensuring data quality and governance across client projects, while supporting pre-sales discussions and building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with Data Management, Data Governance, and related tools, plus German and English language proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Passion for data, process analysis, and coordinating data and organizational responsibilities.
• Experience in Data Management and Data Governance at process and tool level (e.g., SAP MDG, Stibo, or PIM/DAM).
• Knowledge in Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, or Data Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Advise and support our clients on questions related to Data Management and Data Governance
• Analyze processes and the data they require to identify optimization potential for our clients
• Develop and implement data management solutions (both technical and organizational) to ensure data quality and process success: structure, governance & compliance
• Participate in projects to further develop data management systems and processes to support data-driven decision-making
• Continuously build and maintain client relationships on an equal footing, prepare concepts, and contribute to pre-sales meetings

Requirements

• Passion for data, process analysis, and the structured coordination and management of data as well as organizational responsibilities
• Experience in Data Management and Data Governance at the process and tool level (e.g., SAP MDG, Stibo, or PIM/DAM solutions)
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, or Data Strategy
• Affinity for IT projects and the interface between business and technology, combined with basic project management skills
• Experience with change management in projects and the associated organizational challenges—ideally combined with proven project management abilities
• Self-reliance, willingness to travel within the DACH region, and very good German plus solid English skills
