You’ll be at the heart of our Learning & Development (L&D) Center of Excellence (CoE) working to transform and streamline our learning processes. Your mission is to cut through complexity and bring clarity making learning journeys (on-boarding & upskilling) simpler and more effective for managers and employees. This is an opportunity to lead a team and influence how our company develops its talent.

  • Lead a geographically dispersed team across Europe Africa the Middle East and India.
  • Drive the simplification and standardization of our learning offer and processes.
  • Rationalize our external training providers to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning experience.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and implement solutions that improve the overall learning experience.
  • Innovate new learning methods and tools to support employee upskilling and self-learning journeys.
