Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced e-discovery Operations Engineer to manage RelativityOne deployments, optimize workflows, and advise legal teams on efficient review processes. You will configure workspaces, manage users, and oversee integrations to ensure compliant, scalable e-discovery programs.

You will support global teams, monitor system performance, stay current with RelativityOne updates, and communicate with stakeholders. Fluency in both German and English is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Plus several years of experience in technical e-discovery, digital forensics, or legal technology.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or equivalent certification.
• Hands-on experience with e-discovery tools, including RelativityOne.
• Strong collaboration with legal teams and support for e-discovery needs.
• Understanding of best practices and document review workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or equivalent certification
• Several years of hands‑on experience with e‑discovery tools and software, including administration of RelativityOne
• Proven experience collaborating with legal teams and supporting their e‑discovery needs
• Strong understanding of e‑discovery best practices and document review workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
