Relativity is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering - Cloud Infrastructure to lead multiple teams building Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure. You will drive scalable, secure, and cost-efficient services and partner with product and architecture to deliver containerized solutions.

You will mentor engineers, champion observability and CI/CD, and ensure compliance with security standards across deployments, while aligning infrastructure initiatives with business goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration at scale.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 325 000 and 487 000PLN. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
