e-Discovery Project Manager

Germany, (DE,Deutschland) (100% remote)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary point of contact for clients from start to finish of projects. Responsible for ensuring that projects are carried out to the best of practice standards, on time, in budget and in line with overall objectives to meet client requirement. Setting and meeting client expectations and communicating project progress to all the stakeholders in the project.

Remote, work from home opportunity all week and within regular office hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with the sales team to help plan projects and ensure they are scoped in a cost effectively.Attend transition calls.Oversee status calls with clients and internally.Take responsibility for all aspects of an individual project once the contract is agreed.Deliver projects on time and to budget, to client satisfaction.Provide pricing input related to any project requirements.Provide project specific reporting as required by the client and internal stakeholders.Develop relationships with appropriate client representatives.Work with the Project Office Team to ensure that project documentation is maintained, up to date.Ensure that project knowledge is shared with other members of the team as required.Ensure all project financials are appropriately managed, forecasted and invoiced on finalisation.

DUTIES

• Successfully manage complex concurrent projects from project start to completion.
• Deliver projects to meet client expectations, on time and in budget.
• Provide complete and timely communications to clients ensuring that the project status is understood.
• Client expectations are documented and the client has an appropriate understanding of project status/delivery.
• Provide appropriate work direction to team to execute the project.Ensure internal team can deliver projects which meet or exceed client expectations.
• Act as a liaison between internal personnel and the client to facilitate successful project completion.
• Carry out all appropriate processes and procedures to ensure correct forecasting of revenue and invoicing of client projects is met.

EXPERIENCE

Significant eDiscovery project management experience from Data Processing to Production (within Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM)).

• Strong communication skills (face to face, phone and email) with external clients.Hands on experience with RELATIVITY e-Discovery review platform.Proven ability to lead multiple projects and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have previous experience of meeting clients and following complex often detailed processes.Legal/advisory industry knowledge is essential.High degree of interpersonal skills, building of relationships with experienced, qualified staff and clients.
• Strong ability to work autonomously; identify and present solutions; confident decision maker with attention to detail.Technical aptitude and financial appreciation.Fluent English is required.
• Fluency in German to a high level is preferred (not native but very strong).
