ORCA in Germany is seeking a School Counselor to lead its K–12 counseling program and manage the Counseling Team. The role focuses on ensuring equitable access to services and using data to guide decisions.

You will design graduation planning systems, oversee course selection, and strengthen crisis prevention and intervention efforts, driving continuous improvement in student outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed by the appropriate state or regional authority in school counseling or social work.
• Advanced degree in Counseling or Administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years of leadership experience in a secondary school setting.

Requirements

• Licensed by the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) as a School Counselor or School Social Worker
• Advanced degree in Counseling or Administration Preferred
• 3 years of leadership experience in a secondary school setting
• School Counseling experience preferred
• Ability to work some occasional evening hours
