Online Adjunct Instructor – Professional Practices in Human Services

Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking entry-level human services adjuncts to cover teaching-related duties at the university level. You will teach counseling and active listening, fostering professional communication and ethical awareness among students, while coordinating with Deans and other university staff on teaching and learning matters.

You will be available to students by phone, email, and for individual appointments, and you will respond promptly to performance and student issues.

Qualifikationen

• Teaching experience preferred (Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field of study)
• Self-motivated, flexible, and able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with students, leadership, and peers
• Excellent written communication and strong verbal communication skills in the English language
• Online adjuncts will need regular access to a computer with system requirements: Windows XP or greater, Microsoft Office 2010, An internet connection
• Master’s degree in Counseling or Psychology related field, Criminal Justice, Human Services or Social Work
• Preferred active LSW, LCSW, LPC, LCPC, HSBCP, or PsyD certification
• 3+ years work experience in Counseling or Psychology related field, Criminal Justice System, Human Services or Social Work
