MHP – A Porsche Company is seeking an SAP Integration Specialist to drive HR architecture and integration across hybrid and cloud HR landscapes. You will design end-to-end integrations for SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems, leading workshops with business and IT stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring deep SAP integration expertise, a customer-focused mindset, and a structured, flexible working style to advise clients on HR technology transformation and modernization initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• University degree or 5+ years in HR Architecture/HR IT/HR Transformation including SAP SuccessFactors integration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP BTP.
• Experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM (ECC/H4S4) and SAP S/4HANA.
• Interest in holistic HR processes, new technologies, and digitalization.
• Structured, customer-oriented working style with flexibility.

Qualifications

To be well-equipped for your career as a Manager SAP Integration Specialist, you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed university degree or at least 5+ years of professional experience in HR Architecture, HR IT or HR Transformation as well as experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM (ECC), HCM for S/4HANA (H4S4) and SAP S/4HANA. On top you bring a strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI) and SAP BTP / Experience with API-based integrations (OData, REST, SOAP)
• Passion for holistic and integrated HR processes, as well as new technologies and digitalization
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, ideally Employee Central; SAP PA/OM & ABAP is beneficial and is a plus or experience on HR Architecture and other third party systems
• Your Working style is structured, customer-oriented, and characterized by flexibility

Things to know before you get started:

• Start date: by agreement – always at the beginning of a month
• Working hours: full-time (40h) and part-time (from 24h) possible; 30 days of vacation
• Employment: Permanent
• Work area: Consulting
• Language: minimum C1 in German & advanced in English
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
