Isar Aerospace is seeking a Manager of Quality Management System & Compliance to establish, maintain, and continuously improve our QMS, ensuring alignment with EN9100, ISO 9001, ECSS, and regulatory standards. The role leads audit programs, CAPA systems, document control, and quality training, enabling efficient operations and certification readiness.

The Manager Quality Management System & Compliance is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company quality management framework. This role ensures compliance with applicable standards, customer requirements, and regulatory obligations while enabling efficient business operations.
The position owns the quality management system, audit programs, process governance, CAPA systems, document control, and quality training framework to support sustainable growth and certification compliance.

Your Role in Our Space Mission:

• Own and maintain the company Quality Management System (QMS).
