Isar Aerospace in Germany is seeking a Manager Customer Quality & Continuous Improvement to lead customer quality performance, manage corrective actions, and drive organizational learning as production scales.

You will own COPQ reporting, root cause investigations, and cross-functional improvement projects with Product Assurance, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Supplier Quality, promoting data-driven decision making and a culture of operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading quality management, customer quality, or continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of corrective action methodologies and root cause analysis tools.

• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar CI methodologies.

The Manager Customer Quality & Continuous Improvement serves as the organization’s focal point for customer quality performance, organizational learning, and quality maturity advancement. This role ensures customer concerns are addressed systematically, corrective actions are effective, and lessons learned are translated into sustainable improvements across the business. The position drives a culture of continuous improvement, governs corrective action processes, measures the Cost of Poor Quality, and leads initiatives that strengthen quality performance and customer satisfaction as production scales.
