LuxExperience seeks a Manager Internal Audit (f/m/d) for 18 months maternity cover, based in Munich. You will partner with the Head of Internal Audit to assure governance, risk, and controls across the LuxExperience Group, with emphasis on SOX testing and control optimization. English fluency is required; German/Italian is a plus.

The role demands 3+ years in audit or related fields, strong ethics, and the ability to work in a hybrid setup within Munich. Attractive perks accompany the position.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar qualification.
• 3+ years of experience in internal or financial audit roles.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance knowledge; SOX 404(b) familiarity.
• Proficiency in English; German/Italian language skills are a plus.
• Experience with GRC tools and IT audit standards is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Head of Internal Audit on all internal audit matters.
• Provide independent assurance on governance, risk, controls and audit topics.
• Identify risks and evaluate controls to improve risk management and governance.
• Implement risk-based internal audit program with the team.
• Perform management testing of SOX controls (SOX 404(b)).
• Communicate findings and coordinate remediation with the Group SOX and Risk teams.
• Support regular reporting to the Management Board and Audit Committee.
• Contribute to optimizing the GRC tool and related processes.
• Advise on policy and process changes to maintain effective internal controls.
