  • Regional Contracting Frameworks: Design and govern EMEA contract frameworks that balance global leverage with local market requirements, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
  • Procurement Governance & Culture: Embed a proactive procurement culture across EMEA with clear governance, policy adherence, stakeholder engagement, and best‑practice execution.
  • Tools, Methods & Process Excellence: Benchmark and implement best‑in‑class procurement tools, methodologies, and performance routines that increase efficiency and business value.
  • Supplier Performance Management: Establish and continuously improve supplier performance systems, including KPI governance, reviews, and structured improvement plans.
  • Category Development Programs: Initiate and deliver category development projects that produce measurable business impact (cost reduction, service improvement, risk reduction), with clear tracking and stakeholder reporting.
