Job summary

Belden is seeking a Global Product Development Quality Manager (m/f/d) to ensure alignment between R&D quality objectives and business priorities. You will oversee R&D activities, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and over 5 years of experience in a multinational R&D environment. This role offers a hybrid work model and various employee benefits including stock purchase plans and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in R&D and QM in a global engineering environment.
• Knowledge of design controls, configuration management, and change management.
• Understanding of ISO 22163, ISO 9001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of process-based thinking across R&D.
• Monitor and analyze R&D performance and ensure transparency.
• Drive corrective actions based on KPI trends and audits.

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Fluency in English

Knowledge of design transfer and industrialization

Experience in electronics development

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
