About this Position
What you´ll do
  • Steer global payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in salaries, taxes, and fringe benefits
  • Oversee change request management for technical and service enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with corporate standards and local statutory regulations
  • Act as an escalation point for global payroll operations and handle employee and HR inquiries
  • Coordinate payroll tasks to support daily HR operations and case management
  • Support vendor communication and internal/external audit processes
  • Drive continuous process improvement and contribute to payroll-related projects and initiatives

  • Master's degree in Human resources, Business Administration or Accounting.
  • 8 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources, preferably Payroll in a large enterprise
  • Strong communication skills in building relationships and maintaining close communication with internal/external stakeholders and HR community
  • Comfortable with questioning existing practices and implementing change
  • Knowledge of Dayforce is a plus
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal
