Health Payment Systems, Inc. seeks a Manager, Financial Operations Payments to lead the payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay. You will own day-to-day money movement, reconciliation, settlements, and collections strategy, reporting to the COO.

The role offers a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in the Milwaukee office) or the option to work fully remote, with a focus on scaling operations, improving reconciliation accuracy, and delivering key operational metrics.

• We are seeking a Manager, Financial Operations Payments to lead the operational execution of our payments ecosystem across HPS, PayMedix, and TempoPay.
• This role will own day-to-day money movement, reconciliation, payment settlements, collections strategy, and financial workflows.
• You will report to the COO and work in a hybrid schedule (2-3 days in Milwaukee office) or fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the payment operations lifecycle, including execution, settlement, exceptions, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Establish and manage collections operations strategy, including vendor management and performance metrics.
• Develop operational reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into payment performance and KPIs.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in payments operations, financial operations, or fintech, with expertise in ACH, card payments, and settlement.
• Proven experience scaling payment operations and improving reconciliation accuracy in high-volume environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and analytical skills, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
