As Manager Field Force Effectiveness – Customer Planning & Launch Readiness, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how future medicines are successfully launched in Germany.
This is a highly strategic role for an experienced launch professional who enjoys creating structure where established approaches do not yet exist. You will help shape customer engagement, deployment and go-to-market strategies for future pipeline assets, leveraging data, insights, previous launch learnings and sound commercial judgement to develop fit-for-purpose approaches that maximise launch success.
Working closely with Commercial, Medical, Analytics, Digital & Tech and Launch Leadership teams, you will influence critical pre-launch decisions by translating complex market dynamics, customer needs and business priorities into actionable launch recommendations. In many cases, you will be developing new frameworks, methodologies and approaches where historical data, established standards or existing structures are limited.

Germany Salary Range / Gehaltsbandbreiten Deutschland: EUR 76,500 to EUR 127,500For positions covered by collective bargaining, employment conditions and remuneration are determined by the applicable collective agreements for the chemical industry as well as internal policies. Depending on the role and internal policies, the position may also be eligible for a bonus (if applicable and based on defined, non-discretionary criteria) and/or awards for exceptional performance (granted at the employer’s discretion).
