The role requires a university degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or related field, several years in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development, and fluent English (German a bonus). The position offers hybrid work and opportunities to shape health care sustainability.

Qualifikationen

• Successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Sustainability Management, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong understanding of healthcare or medical technology markets.
• Good knowledge of sustainability topics, such as Circular Economy, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), or Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
• Ability to communicate complex technical and sustainability-related topics in a customer-oriented and target group-specific manner.
• Experience in international and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial and customer-focused mindset combined with a strong passion for sustainability.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven way of working.
• Ability to successfully drive change and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
• High level of initiative, commitment, and accountability.
