Your Tasks

Searched is a passionate finance expert (m / f / d) to shape the future of Record-to-Report (R2R) processes in a dynamic, global environment. R2R is at the core of financial integrity, covering the end-to-end accounting process, from transaction recording to financial closing, consolidation, and external reporting. This role should ensure, that R2R processes are efficient, standardized, automated, and compliant with global regulations while driving continuous improvement and digital transformation.

• Lead R2R transformation as part of a strategic finance team, leveraging a greenfield approach
• Own and enhance the full R2R process, including general ledger accounting, intercompany processes, financial closing, consolidation, and statutory reporting
• Ensure financial compliance and accuracy, aligning with IFRS, and internal policies
• Standardize and optimize period-end closing activities, minimizing manual efforts and improving data quality
• Drive automation in accounting processes, leveraging S / 4HANA, AI, and other solutions
• Collaborate with Global finance community, Tech and other partners to align accounting practices with global strategic objectives
• Collaborate on defining KPIs and governance frameworks to monitor financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Build and maintain an R2R key user community, ensuring alignment across global business units

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Extensive experience in R2R process ownership with SAP ERP (S / 4HANA preferred)
• Deep knowledge of general ledger accounting, consolidation, and financial closing cycles
• Strong expertise in accounting regulations (IFRS) and internal controls
• Passion for finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement
• English fluent, German as a plus
