Job summary

Döhler, a leading global producer of natural ingredients and solutions, seeks an Inhouse Consultant SAP Customs (GTS) to shape and optimize our global customs processes in the SAP environment. You will lead innovative SAP customs initiatives, partner with business units, and translate concepts into actionable SAP configurations that integrate with logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong Academic Background: completed studies in (Business) Informatics, natural science, or comparable qualification
• Customs and Supply Chain Expert: understanding of complex customs and supply chain processes
• Customs Pro: familiarity with customs documents, excise duties, and use of customs warehouses
• SAP Guru: extensive experience in SAP GTS and SAP modules SD, MM, LE (R/3/S/4)
• Analytical Thinker with hands-on mentality: strong analytical and practical problem-solving
• Strong Communicator and Persuasive: ability to communicate complex matters in German and English
• Willingness to Travel: occasional travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Lead customs projects in SAP environment from concept to implementation
• First point of contact for digital customs queries to support business departments
• Develop customs concepts and SAP integrations into logistics processes
• Analyze workflows and develop best practice processes and organizational models
• Help shape global IT strategy and implement it

• Project Leadership with Drive: You will lead exciting customs projects in the SAP environment from A to Z – from conceptualization to successful implementation

• SAP Guru: Extensive experience in SAP GTS, as well as R/3 or S/4 in the modules SD, MM, LE, and related areas
• Analytical Thinker with a Hands-On Mentality: Strong analytical and conceptual abilities paired with a practical approach to problem-solving
• Strong Communicator and Persuasive: Ability to clearly communicate complex matters and inspire others with your solutions – in both German and English
• Willingness to Travel with Discretion: Occasional travel to other locations (max. 10%)
