Overview

We are looking for you to join our headquarters in Hamburg's HafenCity!

As an IT Solution Consultant (m/f/d) Customs, you are the key to delivering efficient solutions for all relevant services and applications required within your business area. You drive projects and requirements to successful completion with expertise and passion, ensuring the operational stability of all implemented services and applications.

Responsibilities

• advise and support the relevant business units in the implementation of IT solutions
• analyze business requirements related to customs and compliance processes and develop suitable solutions
• work closely with Business Process Experts and Key Users from the respective departments to ensure successful implementation
• take responsibility for the relevant Application Management Service and ensure stable and efficient operations, including managing our external service providers
• take on (partial) project leadership for projects within your area of responsibility

Qualifications / Required Profile

• A degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience as an SAP ERP and/or SAP GTS consultant, along with a basic understanding of IT architecture and interface management
• An analytical and processoriented working style with a strong ability to structure and understand complex issues
• Expertise in compliance and customs processes or the willingness to proactively develop knowledge in these areas
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in an agile working environment
• Very good German and English language skills
• An independent and proactive working style that enables the successful execution of projects
