Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Manager Consulting to design, execute and steer strategic initiatives within the company. You will independently coordinate project tasks, run data analyses and develop hypotheses to inform top-level decisions in a global pharma environment.

The role offers flexible work models with a minimum of 80% FTE and is based at the Headquarters in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main area. Strong English skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent master’s degree in sciences, economics or engineering (PhD or MBA a plus).
• Several years’ experience with top-tier management consultancy, preferably with a focus on Pharma.
• Track record of working on diverse national and international strategic projects.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Great team player, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• C1 level English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support design, execution and steering of strategic initiatives across businesses, functions, therapeutic areas, and regions within Boehringer Ingelheim.
• Independently drive work packages within projects, generating strategic insights to enable informed decisions of top-level leaders.
• Run data analyses, develop hypotheses, find possible strategic paths and create actionable solutions to advance the organization.
• Track progress and strategic alignment of projects and initiatives, in close collaboration with our business partners.
