As the Manager, Client Strategy & Product Delivery at Foxbox Digital, you’ll go beyond keeping the lights on — you’ll own the client experience for our maintenance portfolio, ensuring we don’t just fix problems but anticipate and prevent them. You’ll act as the trusted product partner for clients, translating needs into clear requirements, challenging assumptions, and surfacing better solutions. Internally, you’ll coach and upskill our developers, ensuring we consistently raise the bar on quality and client value.

This role is client-facing, product-minded, and requires someone who can see the big picture, manage the details, and lead both clients and internal teams with confidence.

This opportunity is fully remote and you can live anywhere in LATAM or Mexico, we are open to receiving applicants from anywhere in LATAM including but not limited to Brazil, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Colombia, as well as applicants living in Mexico.

  • Clients aren’t escalating to the CEO — they feel cared for, problems are fixed before they’re noticed, and feedback is consistently positive.
  • Maintenance projects run smoothly, with clear reporting and no surprises.
  • You proactively present clients with solutions (“this broke, we fixed it, here’s how we’re preventing it in the future”).
  • Internal developers are stronger because of your coaching and leadership.
  • The CEO only needs to check in with clients quarterly, confident the work is handled end-to-end.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance product team to address bugs, deliver feature requests, and proactively improve client products.
  • Serve as the primary product and consulting partner for assigned client accounts — translating client needs into product requirements, pushing back when necessary, and surfacing smarter solutions.
  • Own the creation of PRDs and client-facing documentation with a strong product lens, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with goals.
  • Coach and upskill developers on product thinking, client communication, and solution design.
  • Anticipate issues before they become problems; communicate fixes and improvements proactively.
  • Manage data integration (Jira, Float, client feedback, analytics) to produce meaningful insights for both clients and leadership.
  • Drive consulting operations reporting (KPIs, SLAs, product health) to inform leadership decisions.
  • Partner with engineering, QA, and design leads to ensure release readiness and product quality.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, AI-driven tools, and best practices to enhance client value and internal workflows.
Requirements — Who You Are
  • 5+ years in project management, consulting, or client-facing operations, ideally in a digital agency or software environment.
  • Strong experience leading cross-functional teams through bug triage, prioritization, and product delivery.
  • Proven ability to think like a product manager: translating client requests into product requirements and presenting options, not just tasks.
  • Track record of managing client relationships independently, with excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Comfortable pushing back and challenging assumptions when a better solution exists.
  • Experience coaching technical teams and raising the bar on product and client outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills; can manage multiple accounts without dropping details.
  • A curious, solution-oriented mindset — you don’t wait for instructions, you bring answers.
  • Eligibility to work in the LATAM region; fluent English required.
Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI-powered tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.).
  • Spanish language skills.
  • Background in mobile or AI-driven applications.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital agency operations.
  • Understanding of QA processes and software release cycles.
