A digital product agency is seeking a Manager for Client Strategy & Product Delivery. You will manage client experiences and lead project teams to ensure proactive solutions. A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and strong leadership are required. This fully remote position welcomes applicants from LATAM or Mexico.

As the Manager, Client Strategy & Product Delivery at Foxbox Digital, you’ll go beyond keeping the lights on — you’ll own the client experience for our maintenance portfolio, ensuring we don’t just fix problems but anticipate and prevent them. You’ll act as the trusted product partner for clients, translating needs into clear requirements, challenging assumptions, and surfacing better solutions. Internally, you’ll coach and upskill our developers, ensuring we consistently raise the bar on quality and client value.
This role is client-facing, product-minded, and requires someone who can see the big picture, manage the details, and lead both clients and internal teams with confidence.
This opportunity is fully remote and you can live anywhere in LATAM or Mexico, we are open to receiving applicants from anywhere in LATAM including but not limited to Brazil, Argentina, Dominican Republic, Colombia, as well as applicants living in Mexico.
