• University degree in computer science, actuarial science, finance, or accounting - Preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint - Required.
• Effective gap-analysis and report writing skills - Required.
• Proven track record of understanding client expectations.
• Ability to lead a team of consultants and business analyst.
