Cognizant Consulting seeks a Manager, Business Analyst / Process Analyst in Germany (Munich preferred) to analyse, evaluate and optimise insurance processes and systems. You will work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid setup, requiring German and English language proficiency. Travel up to 25% may be required for client engagements.

As a Manager, Business Analyst / Process Analyst, you will make an impact by analysing, evaluating and optimising business processes, requirements and systems across the insurance value chain. You will help design end-to-end current and future-state processes, translate business needs into clear functional and implementation concepts, and support delivery from requirements analysis through to testing, acceptance and implementation.
You will be a valued member of our Consulting team, working collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams and clients in the insurance sector. This is a full-time role based in Germany, preferably in Munich, with German and English language requirements.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring time in a client or Cognizant office in Munich, Germany. Candidates who are not local to Munich should be willing to travel to Munich up to 25% of the time.
