We are seeking a strategic bridge-builder to lead AI initiatives across Europe for Wilo Group’s digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall governance and strategic direction of AI initiatives in the European region, ensuring alignment with the global Wilo strategy.
- Identify, consolidate and scale AI use‑cases across countries and functional areas, unlocking cross‑functional synergies.
- Harmonise AI tools, systems and processes to drive efficiency and clear structure in the digital transformation.
- Monitor performance and deliver reporting to regional and global management on the impact and business value of AI initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and develop awareness activities to foster AI solution adoption and build internal expertise.
Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Significant experience in digital transformation, AI, data analytics or process automation, preferably in an international organisation.
- Broad knowledge of AI applications (predictive analytics, automation, generative AI) and ability to create sustainable business value.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills in English; ability to lead complex projects and bring different interests together.
