Overview

Management Trainee - Mainz / Wiesbaden (m_w_d) role at TieTalent. The program has a defined structure with learning and performance goals, focusing on personal and professional development. You will join one of our 200 Germany-wide teams and participate in the operational day-to-day work of your branch.

As part of Enterprise’s management track, you will gain exposure to multiple business areas and build skills in customer service, sales, business management and finance. The program aims to prepare you for leadership roles and long-term career growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a clearly defined trainee program with learning and performance objectives, averaging about 10.5 months to complete.
• Learns the business on the job, performing varied tasks in customer service, sales, business management and finance.
• Become part of a Germany-wide team and contribute to the daily operations of your branch from day one, taking on early responsibilities and contributing to business decisions.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, applying effective communication and conflict-resolution strategies to interact with customers, suppliers and team members.
• Develop new business and maintain existing client relationships, learn sales techniques and problem-solving strategies to conduct customer-focused sales conversations and build long-term partnerships.
• Be responsible for fleet planning and cost control, and analyze the branch’s profit and loss statement.
• Develop leadership capabilities to motivate, develop and coach team members.
• Open to candidates with various educational backgrounds who aspire to management, show initiative, and are willing to take on responsibility.
• Quereinsteiger with completed training in hospitality, tourism, service & sales are welcome.
• Unrestricted work permit for Germany; fluent German, good English; valid German driver's license and one year of driving experience; up to 3 points in the German driving register with no disqualifying notes in the last 5 years.
