J&T Express Germany GmbH is seeking a Management Trainee – Fleet Management Europe (m/f/d) to develop into a future specialist or management role within our European fleet organization.

This role targets recent graduates or young professionals eager to learn, take responsibility, and gain international experience across Europe.

You will coordinate vehicle procurement, support digitalization initiatives, and work closely with Procurement, Operations, and country teams to deliver real impact.

Qualifikationen

• Recent graduates or candidates with first internship or working student experience are welcome.
• Strong interest in fleet management, logistics, vehicles, or mobility.
• Fluent Polish, Chinese, and English are required.

• Support the coordination of vehicle procurement, delivery, and fleet asset management across Europe.
• Assist in evaluating and improving vehicle specifications and configurations, including electric vehicles.
• Maintain and analyze fleet data and support the development of standardized vehicle management processes.
• Participate in European fleet projects, digitalization initiatives, and process improvements.
• Work closely with Procurement, Operations, country teams, and our international headquarters.
• Gradually take ownership of your own projects and responsibilities as part of the trainee program.

• Strong willingness to learn and develop within an international environment.
• Fluent Polish, Chinese, and English are required.
• German or other European languages are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
