J&T Express Germany GmbH in Mainz is seeking a hands-on Last Mile Training & Quality Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen operational standards, improve service quality and support the development of our last-mile teams.

You will develop and deliver practical training programmes for drivers, dispatchers and station staff, combining training, field coaching and quality improvement to ensure that standards are understood, applied and continuously improved across our last-mile network.

Qualifikationen

• At least two years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, courier operations or a comparable operational environment.
• Experience in training, field coaching or operational employee development is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Build and continuously improve training programmes for drivers, dispatchers and station employees
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training and hands-on operational coaching
• Create practical training materials, including presentations, SOPs, case studies, videos and clear do's and don'ts
• Support the consistent implementation of SOPs in daily last-mile operations
• Analyse operational quality issues such as POD errors, false signatures, misdeliveries and process deviations
• Identify root causes, recommend improvements and track corrective actions through to completion
• Visit stations to provide on-site coaching, resolve operational issues and monitor compliance with quality standards

As we continue to expand our operations in Germany, we are looking for a hands‑on Last Mile Training & Quality Specialist (m/f/d) who will help strengthen operational standards, improve service quality and support the development of our last-mile teams.

Your Role

In this position, you will develop and deliver practical training programmes for drivers, dispatchers and station teams.

You will combine training, field coaching and quality improvement to ensure that operational standards are understood, applied and continuously improved across our last-mile network.

Your Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve training programmes for drivers, dispatchers and station employees
• Conduct onboarding, refresher training and hands-on operational coaching
• Create practical training materials, including presentations, SOPs, case studies, videos and clear do's and don'ts
• Support the consistent implementation of SOPs in daily last-mile operations

Your Profile

• At least two years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, courier operations or a comparable operational environment
• Experience in training, field coaching or operational employee development is preferred
• Ability to create clear and practical training materials, including presentations or video content
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on and solution‑oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel regularly to operational stations
• Fluent working proficiency in both German and English
• Experience with POD and delivery processes or working in multicultural teams is an advantage
