• High flexibility and willingness to travel across different sites in Germany.

Aufgaben

• Support route planning and linehaul capacity allocation across the network.
• Monitor transport performance (load factor, on-time, routing efficiency).
• Analyze transport data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Assist in planning and managing peak capacity (holidays, volume spikes).
• Work closely with dispatch, operations, and network planning teams.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external transport partners.
• Support cost control initiatives related to transportation and linehaul.
• Participate in daily operational execution to understand real-time challenges.
• Contribute to process optimization and SOP implementation.

You will gain hands‑on experience across different locations and play an active role in ensuring that our network runs efficiently, cost‑effectively, and at scale.
