Efficio is recruiting for our German office, where you will join a growing team of consultants supporting projects across Germany and internationally. As a Manager, you will understand client challenges, identify solvable problems, report to the VP, and lead teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You will drive strategies, manage risks, and ensure quality across deliverables while maintaining strong client relationships and collaboration across the firm.

Qualifikationen

• Full fluency in both English and German.
• Prior consulting experience and functional knowledge within strategic sourcing, procurement transformation and supply chain; experience in Business Development preferred.
• Project management and people management experience.
• A strong academic background.
