The role requires fluent English and German, prior consulting experience in sourcing and procurement, project and people management, and a strong academic background. Travel flexibility is expected as client needs evolve.

We are recruiting for our German office where you'll be joining a growing team of consultants supporting projects across the country and internationally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

As a Manager you will be understanding the client's wider business challenges, finding business problems in your clients that we could help solve, report back to the VP and work with colleagues to identify solutions. You will be a leader on your project by driving the team efforts, managing risks and any challenges, including:

• Planning and implementing strategies, making sure targeted outcomes are achieved with the support of the team
• Responsible for the quality, timeliness and output of project deliverables
• Acting as a decision maker assigning roles and responsibilities for the team
• Regular direct communication with client stakeholders and project VPs
