Zusammenfassung

Hiflylabs, a dynamic data and AI solutions company, seeks a Strategy and Transformation leader to drive enterprise AI adoption from governance foundations to full implementation. You will Span boardroom strategy and hands-on delivery, shaping data governance, AI readiness, and change management to ensure AI initiatives stick across clients.

You’ll design enterprise Data & AI strategies, translate business needs into AI solutions, and advise C-level leaders on adoption, ROI, and regulatory

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of hands-on management consulting experience, Big Four preferred.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Experience advising C-level leaders and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset: turn complex business challenges into AI opportunities.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for high-level audiences.

This is a strategy and transformation role designed for someone who can navigate the boardroom but also knows how to operationalize a roadmap. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI adoption—starting with the abstract foundations of data governance and AI readiness, through to the actual implementation and change management required to make it stick.

In short, you aren't just selling the "idea" of AI; you are building the framework that allows an enterprise to actually use it.

What Will You Do?

• Set the Strategy: Design enterprise Data & AI strategies that use Data & Generative AI to drive real business growth.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex business needs into clear AI solutions that deliver value.
• Advise Executives: Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders on AI adoption, regulations, and ROI.
• Lead the Vision: Own the "big picture" for AI products, ensuring business and technical teams stay aligned.
• Plan the Roadmap: Build execution plans and oversee projects to ensure they hit business targets.
• Drive Adoption: Oversee the rollout of AI tools, making sure they are successfully integrated and used by the client
• Grow the Business: Help develop new AI services and market strategies for different industries.

What You Need to Apply:

• 4–5 years of hands‑on management consulting experience , with a strong preference for candidates coming from Big Four or comparable strategy/advisory consulting firms
• Strategic AI Insight: A continuously evolving grasp of the Data & GenAI landscape, with a proven ability to translate emerging capabilities into tangible business value.
• Executive Presence: Proven experience advising C-level leaders and managing senior stakeholders.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to turn complex business challenges into clear AI opportunities.
• Communication: Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for high-level audiences.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian , highly proactive, and able to adapt to fast‑paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning, NLP, or GenAI tools.
• Understanding of data governance , AI governance, AI change management, AI ethics, and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in delivering complex enterprise IT system implementation projects, ideally in large corporate environments.
