Job summary

SPINNER Werkzeugmaschinenfabrik GmbH in Sauerlach bei München sucht eine engagierte Fachkraft für nationale und internationale Logistik. Sie koordinieren Transporte, erstellen Exportdokumente und steuern Spediteure, Kunden sowie interne Abteilungen.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Speditionskaufmann oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in Logistik oder Export.
• Kenntnisse im Zoll- und Außenwirtschaftsrecht vorteilhaft.
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen.
• Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Responsibilities

• Koordination nationaler und internationaler Transporte von Maschinen und Ersatzteilen.
• Erstellung und Prüfung von Versand- und Exportdokumenten (z.B. Zollpapiere, EUR.1).
• Ansteuerung von Spediteuren, Kunden und internen Abteilungen.
• Vereinbarung und Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Versandstatus.
• Pflege von Versanddaten im ERP-System.

Your tasks

• Coordinate national and international transportation of machines and spare parts by land, sea and air
• Create and check shipping and export documents for machines and spare parts (e.g. export declaration, EUR.1, EUR MED)
• Coordinate interaction between forwarding agents, customers and internal departments
• Agree and monitor delivery dates and shipping status
• Maintain shipping data in the ERP system

Your profile

• Ideally training as a forwarding and logistics services clerk or comparable qualification
• Alternatively: Several years of professional experience in logistics or export
• Knowledge of customs and foreign trade law is an advantage
• Confident handling of ERP systems
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Strong communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Independent, structured way of working
