We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Management Accountant to take ownership of operational finance for our manufacturing site in Ulm, while being based in our Wiesbaden hub.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a visible, high‑impact role, leading a small but critical finance team and partnering closely with leadership to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement across finance processes.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in owning financial integrity, leading close processes, and managing end‑to‑end accounting operations across multiple entities.
You’ll take responsibility for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Accounting, while also leading and developing a team of three finance professionals.
