Aufgaben

• Accurately report operating expenditure/margin and ensure proper accruals and prepayments.
• Provide analysis of actual vs. budgeted expenditure to validate alignment with expectations.
• Report regional branch financial results and allocate costs across cost centres with variance analysis.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation; investigate discrepancies.
• Manage performance, development, training and succession planning of direct reports.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with Finance Business Partners and Regional staff.

As a Management Accountant, you will be responsible for reporting and analysing operating expenditure and margin, ensuring accuracy of financial data and providing valuable insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with Finance Business Partners, Regional staff, and other key stakeholders to ensure financial integrity and transparency.,

• Accurately report operating expenditure/margin, ensuring costs are correctly recognised with necessary accruals and prepayments.
• Provide analysis of expected and actual expenditure, validating alignment with budget expectations.
• Ensure accurate reporting of regional branch financial results, allocating costs correctly across branch cost centres; deliver variance analysis to Finance Business Partners and Regional staff.
• Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documentation for accruals and prepayments; investigate and challenge discrepancies to maintain integrity of the financial ledger.
• Manage the performance, development, training and succession planning of direct reports., Collaboration: Build partnerships and work collaboratively to meet shared objectives.
