Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a qualified Maintenance Technician (Skilled) to join our facilities team. You will complete work orders across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC while supporting the preventative maintenance schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of technical maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, EPA HVAC certification, a valid driver’s license, and a strong hands-on knowledge of building trades.

Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

Pay Range

$20.19 - $24.91 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
