Your tasks
- Planning and releasing preventive maintenance orders in the SAP system.
- Ordering the necessary equipment and spare parts for planned technical interventions.
- Coordination of internal or external resources to complete preventive actions.
- Responding to technical faults reported by internal (employees) and external (customers, carriers) parties.
- Assessing the criticality of reported problems to quickly prioritize actions.
- Planning and coordination of the required resources and all stakeholders for effective problem solving.
- Ensuring coherence in operational planning by optimally combining preventive and corrective measures.
- Adjustment of maintenance plans and execution dates to increase work efficiency.
- Consideration of working hours, qualifications and know-how of technicians when allocating personnel.
- Inclusion of external factors (e.g. traffic situation or long travel distances) in deployment planning.
Your profile
- Proof of sound technical knowledge from a technical degree or comparable qualification.
- Knowledge of administrative and technical support (maintenance, engineering, planning).
- Confident handling of common software systems for order management.
- Application of SAP knowledge in the area of order management (desirable).
- Strong communication skills to clearly pass on information to different stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct trusting and solution-oriented discussions with customers.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills to empathize with customer concerns.
- Ability to prioritize and work in an efficient, orderly and structured manner.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
