We are looking for a Maintenance Manager (m/f/d) in our Head Office in Munich. We are searching a passionate Talent being in charge of all maintenance activities of our boutiques in Central and Eastern Europe.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Maintenance of buildings and technical installations

  • Ensuring the monitoring and application of contracts of maintenance and cleanliness services
  • Defining all service contracts relating to installations and implements recommendations for the continuous improvement of services
  • Ensuring the follow-up of preventive maintenance plans as well as the updates of the plans and diagrams of the technical installations
  • Defining maintenance programs with service providers
  • Ensuring the proper implementation of this program
  • Guaranteeing the quality of service to occupants and the clientele
  • Participating in the development of the maintenance investment plan as well as in the drafting of maintenance and investment specifications
  • Taking part in receptions and handovers with the works teams (technical and architecture) in order to deploy maintenance
  • Coordinating the distribution, layout, renovation and removal of spaces
  • Working with respect and understanding of energy and environmental issues
Periodic checks
  • Implementing the program of periodic inspections in accordance with the recommendations of the inspection bodies
  • Performing regular audits and verifications of contracts to monitor service delivery, value for money and to ensure compliance with contractual legislation
Landlords
  • Making oneself available for technical meetings with landlords
  • Ensuring the technical link with the lessors of its premises
  • Supporting common technical issues in line with occupancy agreements
Expenditure control
  • Participating in the development of budgets for the role holder’s sector
  • Managing the budgets that are specifically allocated to the role holder
  • Request and negotiate the intervention tenders
Profile
  • Several years of experience in the same or similar field
  • Fluent in German and English; another language is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Project Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
  • Willingness to travel
  • Highly autonomous and well-organized
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reactive and solution-oriented mindset
