Saverto Holding GmbH is seeking a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with electrical and/or mechanical expertise. The role involves preventative and reactive maintenance across complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems, in a manufacturing environment.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years' experience, with responsibilities including planning maintenance, reducing downtime, and ensuring safety and stock control.

• Effectively planning and carrying out preventative maintenance procedures ensuring equipment is safe and clean.
• Minimize equipment downtime through fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Maintain engineering stock control with regular audits and proper tool storage.
• Manage engineering consumables to ensure adequate supplies and safe storage.
• Health and Safety is the highest priority at all times.
• Contribute towards continuous improvement and development projects.
• Deliver KPI targets set by Operations and Engineering Managers.
• Maintain site facilities to a high standard.

Jobbeschreibung

A Multi-skilled maintenance engineer who is qualified in an electrical and/or mechanical discipline (mechanical bias would be preferred). They have experience in maintaining complex electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systems. The role consists of both preventative and reactive maintenance.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

Shift pattern: Rotating shifts between 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm. Occasional Saturdays.

Your Tasks

• Effectively planning and carrying out preventative maintenance procedures within the framework, ensuring all equipment is safe to run and is cleaned to the highest possible standard. Preventative maintenance is the main driver for with role.
• Equipment downtime must be kept to an absolute minimum through timely and thoughtful fault diagnosis and rectification.
• Maintain Engineering Stock Control completing regular audits, ensure all engineering tools are well maintained - correctly stored and kept clean to the highest of engineering standards.
• Manage all engineering consumables to ensure all are adequately supplied and stored in the appropriate and safe storages.
• Health and Safety will be your highest priority at all times.
• Contribute towards continuous improvement and development projects
• Responsible for delivering KPI targets set by the Operations and Engineering Managers.
• Effective up-keep and maintenance of site facilities.
