Family Guardian Insurance is seeking a facilities maintenance role responsible for keeping company premises safe and healthy. You will coordinate daily upkeep, custodial tasks, building repairs, and security responsibilities, while reporting needed maintenance and improvements.

Key duties include meeting vendors, obtaining quotes within five days, inspecting premises, and ensuring fires systems are checked twice yearly.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Enrollment in BTVI courses preferred and subject to scheduling.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record required.

To coordinate the daily upkeep of the company premises, including custodial maintenance, building repairs, and security responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

• To meet with small vendors as needed to discuss and inspect premises issues
• Ensures all quotes are received within five days
• Inspection of premises
• Inspect interior/exterior of building and report any necessary repairs
• Check exterior and interior lights and exterior timers & note outages
• Provide inspection reports for each location each month
• Ensure all fire alarm systems and pumps are inspected and checked twice per year
• To address the health and safety compliance issues affecting the premises

Knowledge & Skills

• High School Diploma
• Enrollment in BTVI courses (courses and schedule to be confirmed with leader)
• Valid Driver's License – must be valid at all times
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift items of 50 lbs. or heavier daily
• Ability to withstand repetitive bending, pushing, and pulling
