Job summary

ARTS Group, on behalf of our client Diehl Aviation Gilching, seeks a Machining Technician Parts Manufacturing for the Gilching site. You will machine metal components from material preparation to final surface treatment, using lathes and milling machines, with deburring and polishing as needed.

The position requires a completed metalworking trade training and several years of machining experience, plus fluent German (C1).

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as machinist, industrial mechanic, metalworker, or in a comparable metalworking trade.
• Several years of professional experience in metal processing and machining.
• Good knowledge of turning and/or milling with experience in deburring, grinding, and polishing.
• Business fluent German (C1); basic English (A2).

Responsibilities

• Machining: Loading and processing orders on machine tools such as lathes and milling machines
• Manual finishing: Deburring, grinding, and polishing of metal components
• Material preparation: Cutting raw material according to technical specifications
• Joining technology: Riveting components for stable connections
• Manufacturing simple components: Producing parts according to drawings or templates
• Quality awareness: Careful execution of all work steps in compliance with specifications

For our client Diehl Aviation Gilching GmbH, we are looking for a Machining Technician Parts Manufacturingat the Gilching site. In a modern manufacturing environment, you will take on the machining of metal components – from material preparation to final surface treatment.
